you making it appear that the page is not secure, it is actually a problem

I suggest Netscape version 6 and Internet Explorer version 6.2 as the most
stable at this time (available in their download archive area). I use, and
recommend Internet Explorer. It will run more quickly on my site than
Netscape, and should provide better video performance. If you have a fairly
new computer, you may already have Internet Explorer installed on your
system.. check your Windows "Start" menu, under "Programs".
Another major cause of video problems can be due to incorrect video
settings on your computer. If you are running Windows, do a "right click"
with your mouse on any blank portion of your Windows desktop. From the menu
that pops up, choose "Properties". You should then get a "Display
Properties" window, with several tabs (should be about 6). Click on
"Settings". If your video card allows it (most systems in the last few
years should), make sure your "Colors" are set to "High Color", or "16 bit".
This will provide optimal results. You definitely want at least a minimum
of 64,000 colors.
Next, on the same settings tab, make sure that your "Screen Area" is set
to a minimum resolution of 800x600. If it is lower, many sites on the
internet will not appear correctly. If you are not able to set your video
resolution that high, or can't get at least 64,000 colors in the "Colors"
area, then you may need to get a newer video card. At the very least, make
sure that you are using the most current video driver (software) for your
video card.. an outdated video driver can cause problems. To find out where
to get an updated video driver, check the documentation that came with your
computer for video card details. You may also contact the manufacturer of
your computer.
